Ancient bronze and sterling silver circle earrings.
Organic hand-forged ancient bronze circles, approximately 9/16″ in diameter, dangle from smaller sterling silver loops and sterling ear wires. Lightly hammered and distressed for an organic, tactile feel, these earrings measure 1 1/4 from top to bottom. All loops are fully soldered for strength.
Subtle but strong, perfect to wear every day to remind you that you are whole, you are free, you can roll with the punches.

The use of bronze in jewellery goes back as far as recorded history allows us to look. It inspired a whole age named after it. Strong and hard-wearing, it has a wonderful pinkish glow that reminds me of rose gold, only more durable. It is one of my favourite metals to work with.
