Bent Arrow Necklace

“YOU’RE NOT LOST, YOU’RE JUST FOLLOWING A DIFFERENT PATH”

Organic sterling silver ‘bent arrow’ pendant, set on a sterling silver chain.

The sterling silver arrow pendant measures just over 1″ wide. Hammered and distressed for a raw, tactile feel, oxidised and brushed to enhance the details, and polished back to a subtle shine, this arrow pendant hangs from a lightly oxidised 18″ sterling silver chain. All loops are fully soldered for strength.

This jaunty curved arrow signifies how we don’t necessarily follow a straight path in life; many of us have to adjust to the twists of fate. This subtle but strong piece is perfect to wear every day to remind you to bravely follow your own path, no matter how many turns you have to make. Always onward and upward.

Each arrow pendant is individually hand-forged and there may be teeny tiny minor differences. These unique little details are what makes each piece even more special.

Part of my “Arrows & Spears” collection, inspired by the quote: “An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backwards. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it’s going to launch you into something great.” The strong shapes in this collection denote direction and purpose, energy and action, and are designed to keep you aiming onward, no matter what life throws at you.

Designed and lovingly created in my studio in Moray, Scotland.

I work in sterling silver, ancient bronze, copper and brass, with natural semi-precious gemstones. I make pieces which are perfect for layering together, mixing and matching, so you can grow your collection and choose your pieces according to your mood, or the inspiration you want to gain that day.

Each piece is unique. Whilst I may create similar pieces, as every piece is made individually by hand, no two will ever be the same. I am registered with Edinburgh Assay Office for precious metal work.
